What Happens After You Purchase?

  • Package

    Please safely package your film in an envelope and clearly label it with your order number. You will receive this number via email after completing your purchase.

  • Drop Off

    All packaged up? You can drop your film off in our secure postbox inside the New Art House in Guildford. We currently only offer a drop-off service and cannot accept orders by mail at this time.

  • Development Time

    We'll collect your film and get right to work on it! As soon as your order is ready, we'll send you an email. You can find our latest turnaround times in the announcement bar at the top of our site.
