By submitting film to Silver Grain Film Lab for processing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Silver Grain Film Lab.

2. Services Provided

Silver Grain Film Lab offers professional film developing and scanning services. Our services are performed with the utmost care and attention to detail.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Transit: Silver Grain Film Lab is not liable for any loss or damage to film that occurs while it is in transit to or from our premises. It is your responsibility to ensure your film is securely packaged and to use a tracked and insured shipping service.

• Negligence: While we take every precaution, there is a remote risk of film being lost or damaged during the developing and scanning process. In the unlikely event that your film is lost or damaged due to our proven negligence, our liability is limited to the replacement of the film with a new, equivalent roll of film. We are not liable for the monetary value of the images captured on the film, as this is impossible to determine.

• No Other Warranties: All services are provided "as is," and we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the services.

4. Film Tracking and Handling

• We have a robust tracking system in place to monitor the location of your film while it is in our possession.

• All film is handled with the highest level of care to prevent damage.

5. Customer Responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring that the film you submit is correctly exposed and in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for poor results due to issues with the film itself (e.g., underexposure, overexposure, or pre-existing damage).

• You must provide accurate contact information so we can return your film and final scans to you.

6. Payment and Refunds

• Payment is required in full before any processing begins.

• Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

• By submitting your film, you confirm that you own the copyright to the images or have the owner's permission to have them processed.

• We will not share, sell, or use your images for any purpose without your express written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
